Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send written confirmation. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
Payment terms
A 30% deposit secures the booking; the balance is due 30 days before travel. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer and card. Vehicle hires are paid in full before release.
Cancellations and amendments
60+ days before travel: deposit retained. 30–59 days: 50% of the total. Under 30 days or no-show: 100%. Date changes are free once, subject to availability.
Liability and insurance
All vehicles carry comprehensive PSV and passenger liability cover. We recommend personal travel insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, park authorities or events beyond our control.
Travel documents
Guests are responsible for valid passports, Kenya eTA and any health requirements. Fuel, park fees and driver allowances are as stated in each quote.
